Every year I change the theme and colors I use to decorate for Christmas. I still use most of the basic decor I’ve used before but I change the accent colors and add something new each year. I’ve started decorating this year and wanted a peaceful, calm color-scheme- using gold, white and greenery throughout the house. I’m also adding a touch of red in my kitchen and formal living room. Here are a few photos of what I’ve done so far.
We have been on a roll in November! We are so honored to have been featured on Antique Farmhouse’s IG Page. We purchase a lot of decor from their online shop and love the quality and their unique finds.
I found this little end table at Ross and bought it because I liked the lines of the base/legs. But I wasn’t in love with the very plain tabletop so I added a tray as the top instead! I found this sweet, wooden tray at Pottery Barn and it fit perfectly. I think it really finishes off the table and adds some unexpected character! What do you think?
Look at this beautiful wine box holder! This is for a client of mine. We had been looking everywhere for one of these. I found the perfect crate @homegoods last week and had a friend of mine make the wooden slats to hold wine. He did a great job!
My son’s ski themed room is finally starting to come together. Mountain painted walls? ✔️ Ski themed duvet cover? ✔️ Ski goggle pillow sham? ✔️ Wooden sign pointing to favorite places to ski? ✔️
⛷My little guy is so excited about his new “ski bedding” and loves the pillow sham with ski goggles on it (Thank you @Amazon !!) 🎿Now I’ll need to finish the other half of the room not pictured here. Stay tuned for the complete reveal. 🙂
A basket of pumpkins for a warm Fall greeting in our entryway. I love to mix different textures; burlap, cotton, a feathered two and something metallic to add some artistic interest.
A pretty Vignette in a staged home in Colorado Springs. This home was a flip and they did such n amazing job transforming this property!
I love this retro board from @retrogramboards on Instagram ! I’m having fun changing out inspirational quotes and sarcastic sayings. Do you have one of these yet!
We used a light an airy color pallet to stage this very small master bedroom. Choosing the right colors and furniture placement can make a room feel more open and spacious. Using a pop of color with accent pillows, and a little green with a potted plant, can give a room some needed warmth and character.
